Common questions about getting in touch
When should I use the contact form?
Use the contact form above for any enquiry related to the Departra service. This includes reporting incorrect flight data (wrong times, missing flights, incorrect airport information), suggesting new features or improvements, reporting technical issues or bugs you have encountered, business or partnership enquiries, and general questions about how the service works. For urgent flight information, we always recommend checking directly with your airline or airport as Departra is an informational service and not an official airline or airport representative.
How quickly will I get a response?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one to two business days. Data accuracy reports are prioritised because they affect all users viewing that flight or airport. Feature requests and general enquiries may take slightly longer as they are reviewed by the development team. If your message requires investigation (for example, tracking down why a specific flight is not appearing), we may need additional time to consult our data sources before providing a complete answer.
Can I request my personal data under GDPR?
Yes. Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Since Departra does not require accounts or registration, the personal data we may hold is limited to server access logs (IP addresses retained for up to 90 days), Google Analytics data (anonymised), and any information you voluntarily provide through the contact form. To exercise your data rights, submit a request through the contact form above with the subject "GDPR Request". We will respond within 30 days as required by law. I found incorrect flight or airport data. What should I do?
Please report it using the contact form with the subject "Data Accuracy Issue". Include as much detail as possible: the flight number, the date, and what appears to be incorrect. Our flight data is sourced from multiple third-party providers including AirLabs for schedules, ADS-B community feeds for live positions, and aviationweather.gov for weather reports. Some discrepancies may be due to delays in data feeds, but if there is a persistent error, we will investigate and work to correct it.
Do you offer an API or data partnerships?
At present, Departra does not offer a public API. If you are interested in a data partnership, advertising opportunity, or other business collaboration, please use the contact form with the subject "Partnership / Business" and describe your proposal. We review all business enquiries and will respond if there is a suitable fit.
Can I advertise on Departra?
